SUBMISSION OF REQUESTS FOR PAYMENTS

All accounts personnel shall go for a week-long training on sage accounting package in Blantyre starting from Monday 8th December to Friday 12th December.  The CFO and AFO shall also be there, which means that payments shall not be done during that week.  Therefore all urgent requests for payments should be submitted by the end of this week for processing of payments.
