The University of Malawi is in the process of developing a Gender Policy. As part of assessing the status quo on gender issues in the University, the University of Malawi instituted a Gender Policy Task Team which is now embarking on a research to that effect. This notice serves to inform and request you to participate in the gender policy research. We will have key informant interviews, self-administered questionnaires, focus group discussions and document review on:
(1) Gender and Governance
(2) Gender and Academic Curriculum
(3) Gender and Staff Welfare and
(4) Gender and Student Welfare.
When Research Assistants come to your offices, please welcome them and grant them audience.
