I urge you all to read the current Conditions of service, discuss the Conditions with colleagues and come up with clear and candid suggestions so that little time is spent refining your suggestions. Members of staff who will not make it on the day are requested to submit their written suggestions. Please note that this is a normal good governance process and I appeal to you to participate.
