I write to inform you all that elections of Heads of Departments will held on Monday 9th January 2013 at Lilongwe Campus from 2.00pm in all Departments to be followed by Faculty Assessment Meeting on 10th January 2013.
All faculty members from Blanytre campus should live Blantyre in the Morning on Monday 9th January 2013 for the departmental election meeting in the afternoon of the same day.
There will be no electronic voting for Heads of Departments as ealier communicated.
The elected Heads of Departments will hold offices from January 2013 to the time the Current University Act will be amended hopefully during the next sitting of Parliament.
